• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the departure date.

• If the number of guests changes after deposit, the total fee will still be charged based on the initially confirmed number of guests.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 72 hours before departure: Wetripx will provide a 100% refund of the paid amount.

• Cancel within 72 hours: A cancellation fee equal to the initial deposit will be applied.

• All cancellation or modification requests must be sent directly via hotline or email with booking information for timely support.

• Please arrive on time at the meeting point to ensure on-schedule departure.
• Bring sunscreen, hat, light jacket, swimwear, and towel.
• Guests who are prone to seasickness should take medication beforehand.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times.
• Timing and activities may be adjusted depending on actual weather conditions.
• Do not bring flammable items or prohibited substances on board.
• Sports shoes or flat sandals are recommended, especially for kayaking activities.
