Your booking is considered complete only after Wetripx Travel sends a
written or email confirmation including full details of the itinerary and payment instructions.
2. Payment
Deposit: A minimum of 30% of the tour price must be paid within
3 days after receiving the booking confirmation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid
no later than 7 days before departure.

3. Tour Price
- The tour price includes all services listed in the itinerary.
- The tour price does not include personal expenses, visa fees (if applicable), or services not mentioned in the program.
- Wetripx Travel reserves the right to adjust tour prices in case of tax changes, fuel surcharges, or transportation costs. All changes will be notified before final confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer:
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee
- 15–29 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation by Wetripx Travel:
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, etc.), Wetripx Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour and provide a full refund or offer an alternative itinerary.
5. Travel Insurance
- We recommend all customers purchase travel insurance to ensure protection in unforeseen situations.
- Customers aged 70 and above must provide a valid health certificate confirming their ability to join the tour.
6. Responsibilities & Liability
- Wetripx Travel commits to delivering services exactly as confirmed in the itinerary.
- We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by passengers or by external factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or changes from transport providers.
7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- All service-related complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the tour ends.
- Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the case will be handled by the competent court in Hanoi.
