14:15 – 14:45: Pick up guests from hotels in Cat Ba Town

15:00 – 15:30: The boat cruises past Cai Beo Ancient Fishing Village, one of the oldest floating villages in Vietnam with over 7,000 years of history.

15:45 – 17:30: Kayaking and swimming. Enjoy paddling through the emerald waters surrounded by majestic limestone mountains.

17:30 – 18:00: Sunset viewing on Lan Ha Bay
Admire the stunning sunset over the bay, newly recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage site for its breathtaking landscape.

18:30 – 19:30: Seafood dinner prepared and served right on the boat in a romantic evening atmosphere.
19:30 – 20:30: Night kayaking and spotting glowing bioluminescent plankton in the water – a rare and unforgettable natural phenomenon.

20:30 – 21:00: The boat returns to the harbor and our vehicle will transfer you back to your hotel, ending the trip.

Cancellation Policy

We always aim to provide maximum flexibility for our guests. However, to ensure fairness for all parties, the following cancellation policy applies:

• ✅ Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure: 100% refund of all paid fees.
• ❌ Cancellation within 72 hours: The tour is considered confirmed, and the deposit is non-refundable.

If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or force majeure from the organizer, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule flexibly based on agreement.

Payment Policy

• Guests are required to make a minimum 50% deposit of the total tour price at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
• If guests reduce the number of participants after confirmation, the total payment will remain based on the initially confirmed number.

📝 Notes for the Bioluminescent Kayaking Tour

• Bioluminescence does not appear every day. The glowing effect is most visible when the water is calm and there is minimal light.
• Wear quick-dry clothing and bring a waterproof bag for your phone and personal belongings.
• In case of bad weather (heavy rain or strong wind), the schedule may be adjusted for safety.
• Recommended outfit: swimwear, comfortable sandals/water shoes, and a light jacket if the night gets cooler.
• If you are prone to seasickness, consider taking motion-sickness medicine before departure.
• No ID card required, but please keep your phone available for contact and online payment when needed.
