14:45 – 15:30: Pick-up from your hotel/meeting point in Cat Ba Town. Transfer to Cai Beo Harbor and receive boarding passes for the cruise.

15:30 – 15:45: The cruise passes through Cai Beo Floating Village — the oldest and largest floating village in Northern Vietnam.

Cancellation Policy

We always aim to provide maximum flexibility for our guests. However, to ensure fairness for all parties, the following cancellation policy applies:

• ✅ Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure: 100% refund of all paid fees.
• ❌ Cancellation within 72 hours: The tour is considered confirmed, and the deposit is non-refundable.

If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or force majeure from the organizer, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule flexibly based on agreement.

Payment Policy

• Guests are required to make a minimum 50% deposit of the total tour price at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
• If guests reduce the number of participants after confirmation, the total payment will remain based on the initially confirmed number.

• Clothing: Please prepare swimwear, sun-protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and comfortable sandals.
