👉 PAYMENT POLICY:

• Minimum payment of 50% of the tour price upon booking to secure the reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 03 days before departure.

• If the number of guests is reduced after deposit: payment remains based on the original number of registered guests.

👉 CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation 10 days or more before departure: 100% refund of the tour price (excluding bank fees if any).

• Cancellation 06 – 09 days before departure: 50% refund of the tour price.

• Cancellation within 05 days before departure: No refund.

• No-show on departure day: Considered as same-day cancellation, no refund will be issued
