Cancellation Policy

a. Guest-initiated cancellation

• No refund, no cancellation, no change, except for force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government orders).
• Allowed to change guest information once, with at least 03 days’ notice before the service date.

b. Company cancellation or objective reasons

• If Wetripx cannot operate the tour, guests will be notified immediately and refunded 100% within 03 days.
• In cases of natural disasters, epidemics, or transportation disruptions, guests may choose a refund or reschedule. Tour price may remain the same or adjust depending on actual conditions.

Notes When Staying at Flamingo Cat Ba

• Check-in: from 15:00. If you arrive early, you may leave your luggage at the reception to walk around, go to the beach, or use the common facilities.
