High-speed boat tickets and cruise tickets are non-refundable once issued, as per suppliers’ policies.
In case of force majeure (bad weather, government orders, safety restrictions…): → Guests can reschedule to another available date or receive a refund for unused services only.
Any changes in guest names, travel dates, or services after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge from the service provider.
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days depending on bank/payment gateway.

Bring swimwear, sandals, a light jacket and sunscreen – essential for swimming and kayaking activities.
