Cancellation Policy
Cancellation ≥ 10 days before departure: Full refund of all paid amounts.
Cancellation 3–9 days before departure: A fee of 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
Cancellation < 3 days before departure or no-show:100% of the tour price will be charged, no refund.
All cancellation requests must be confirmed via the official hotline or email.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance must be fully paid no later than 3 days before departure.
If the number of passengers decreases after booking confirmation, the total charge will still apply to the original confirmed number of guests.
Children Policy
0 – 2 years old: Free of charge (maximum 1 child per 2 adults; the second child surcharge applies).
3 – 5 years old:50% of adult price.
6 – 9 years old:75% of adult price.
10 years and above: Charged as adult.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/adult throughout the trip.
