Cancellation Policy
We always aim to provide maximum flexibility for our guests. However, to ensure fairness for all parties, the following cancellation policy applies:
✅ Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure: 100% refund of all paid fees.
❌ Cancellation within 72 hours: The tour is considered confirmed, and the deposit is non-refundable.
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or force majeure from the organizer, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule flexibly based on agreement.
Payment Policy
Guests are required to make a minimum 50% deposit of the total tour price at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
If guests reduce the number of participants after confirmation, the total payment will remain based on the initially confirmed number.

Clothing: Please prepare swimwear, sun-protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and comfortable sandals.
Recommended personal items: sunglasses, sunscreen, your own towel (if needed), and seasickness medication (if prone to motion sickness).
No ID card required. However, you should bring a phone with QR payment and stay reachable throughout the trip.
