• Children 0 – 2 years old: Free for 1 child per adult (2nd child: surcharge 120,000 VND)
• Children 2 – 4 years old: Surcharge 120,000 VND/child
• Children 5 – 12 years old: Charged as adults but discounted 60,000 VND/child

Payment Policy

• Please make a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid before departure day.
• If the number of guests is reduced after deposit, the total cost will remain based on the original confirmed number.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 72 hours before departure: 100% refund of paid amount.
• Cancel within 72 hours: Deposit will be non-refundable.
• All cancellation/change requests must be informed via hotline or email with booking details for timely support.

• Please be present at the meeting point on time to ensure the tour starts as scheduled.
• Recommended to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, towel and a light jacket.
• If you get seasick, please prepare medication in advance.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• The itinerary and activities may be adjusted depending on actual weather conditions.
• Do not bring flammable items or prohibited substances on board.
• Sports shoes or flat sandals are recommended, especially for kayaking.
