Tour Terms
Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide maximum flexibility for our guests. However, to ensure fairness for all parties, the following cancellation conditions apply:
✅ Cancel 72 hours before departure: 100% refund of the paid amount.
❌ Cancel within 72 hours: The booking is considered confirmed and the deposit is non-refundable.
In case the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or force majeure from the organizer, guests may receive a full refund or reschedule flexibly as agreed.
Payment Policy
Guests are required to make a minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour price upon booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
In case of a reduction in the number of participants after confirmation, the cost will still be calculated based on the initial confirmed number.
Note
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, towels, and a change of clothes.
Schedule and activities may change depending on actual weather and sea conditions.
Please arrive on time at the meeting point and keep your phone available for guide contact.
Guests prone to seasickness should take medication before boarding.
