07:45: Guests gather at Wetripx Travel office: 172 Tran Quang Khai. The bus departs for Cat Ba at 06:00, 08:00, and 10:45. Please arrive 30 minutes early at the following pick-up points:

11:00: Arrive at Flamingo Cat Ba Resort and have lunch at the restaurant. Afterwards, guests are free to explore while waiting for check-in (14:00 – 15:00).

Cancellation Policy

a. Guest-initiated cancellation

• No refund, no cancellation, no change, except for force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government orders).
• Allowed to change guest information once, with at least 03 days’ notice before the service date.

b. Company cancellation or objective reasons

• If Wetripx cannot operate the tour, guests will be notified immediately and refunded 100% within 03 days.
• In cases of natural disasters, epidemics, or transportation disruptions, guests may choose a refund or reschedule. Tour price may remain the same or adjust depending on actual conditions.

Discounts & Surcharges

a. Discounts

• No use of round-trip bus transfer: discount 500,000 VND/person (or 250,000 VND if skipping 1-way only).
• Pick-up/drop-off at Cai Vieng – Gia Luan – Phu Long Cable Car Station: discount 250,000 VND/person.
• No Lan Ha Bay tour on Day 2:
  • Discount 500,000 VND in low season
  • Discount 550,000 VND in high season
• Extra ticket for Jetski Show – “Blue Island Symphony”: discount 50,000 VND/person/ticket.

b. Additional surcharges

• Cable car instead of speedboat/ferry: surcharge 50,000 VND/person/way.
• Add Onsen mineral bath combo: surcharge 200,000 VND/person.

Notes When Staying at Flamingo Cat Ba

• Check-in: from 15:00. If you arrive early, you may leave your luggage at the reception to walk around, go to the beach, or use the common facilities.
• Check-out: before 12:00. If you have a bay tour on Day 2, you should check out in the morning and bring your luggage on board.
