Packages are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled once confirmed.
If weather conditions are unfavorable but the tour is still permitted to operate, guests who choose to cancel will be charged 100% of the tour fee.
If we are unable to operate the tour, the full amount paid will be refunded within 3 days from the cancellation notice.
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or transportation delays/cancellations, guests may reschedule their departure or request a refund. Tour prices may vary depending on service rates at the time of rebooking.
